  • Weekday mornings — 9:00–11:30 AM ET, suitable for alignment and intention-setting conversations.
  • Weekday afternoons — 1:00–4:00 PM ET, often used for reflective dialogue and integration.
  • Selected evenings — Limited slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 PM ET.
