Return Policy

At Enerfilter, we aim to handle purchases and bookings in a clear, fair manner. This policy explains returns and refunds for physical products and digital or session-based offerings.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical item such as our Guided Reflection Journal, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending any return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital Access

For digital bundles such as Soundscape Access, refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the content. Because access is delivered electronically, we review each request individually.

Coaching Sessions

Single coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with adequate notice may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session, at our discretion. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice are generally non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email info@enerfilter.world with your name, order or booking reference, and reason for the request. We will respond within five business days with next steps.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive returned physical items or confirm eligibility for digital or session refunds.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of customized materials or items that show signs of use. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state.
